Help for the Bloggent tools and workflows available today

SearchLens, NonCC, and AI Visibility Checker are public tools for direction, differentiation, and grounded visibility measurement. The connected website workspace and broader autonomous workflows remain private beta or staged development. This Help Center documents what is actually usable instead of publishing empty future-feature categories.

SearchLens

Use SearchLens when you want a fast content-direction decision from a topic: evidence mode, search pattern when available, commodity risk, useful gap, and one recommended direction.

Open SearchLens

AI Visibility Checker

Use it after publishing to test 10 page-relevant prompts across ChatGPT Search and Google AI Mode and inspect exact-page citations, domain citations, brand mentions, competitors, and evidence quality.

Open AI Visibility Checker

NonCC

Use NonCC for deeper non-commodity research that reviews ranking-page evidence and applies Bloggent’s proprietary defensibility evaluation.

Common SearchLens questions

The analysis did not complete

Try the topic again without advanced search operators. Temporary service or retrieval failures can also cause a run to fail without consuming a successful-analysis allowance.

I see “Analysis only” instead of live search evidence

SearchLens could not obtain enough live organic evidence for that run. The UI labels the result so the strategic pattern is not presented as a current-SERP observation.

I reached the daily limit

The public allowance resets on a new UTC day. The limit protects free availability and service capacity.

How to read AI visibility

A snapshot is not a universal ranking

AI answers can change between runs. The report summarizes the grounded samples collected for the selected page, country, language, and scan time.

Mentions and citations are different

An exact-page citation links to the submitted page. A domain citation links elsewhere on the same domain. A brand mention names the brand without a qualifying citation.

Why a score can be withheld

Bloggent withholds the score when its proprietary evidence-sufficiency checks are not met, while still showing the available observations and limitations.

How to read NonCC

Non-Commodity Quality is not a ranking probability

It is a directional decision aid produced by Bloggent’s proprietary evidence-first evaluation. It is not a ranking probability, traffic forecast, or guarantee.

A strong idea can still have low execution readiness

NonCC distinguishes evidence you already own from evidence you would need to create. Proposed tests, interviews, datasets, or screenshots are never counted as existing proof.

Why can an idea be rejected?

If the proposed contribution still overlaps the commodity baseline or lacks a defensible, producible proof asset, the deeper review can reject it rather than forcing a positive recommendation.
