Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

v1.1Effective August 2026
Private beta policy. This privacy policy describes Bloggent's current private-beta practices and may be updated before general availability.

This policy explains what information Bloggent currently collects and how we use it across the public website, public tools, and invitation-only product access. It will be updated as the product and data flows change.

Information we collect

When you join the private beta list, we store the email address and any optional website or workflow context you submit. If you receive product access, Bloggent stores the account, workspace, website, and workflow data needed to provide that access. SearchLens processes the topic and optional context you submit; NonCC processes the topic and research context you provide; AI Visibility Checker processes the public webpage URL, country, language, and publicly retrievable page content needed to create the requested report. Public tools may also process pseudonymous request signals to enforce allowances, prevent abuse, and protect provider budgets without requiring an account.

How we use information

We use submitted information to provide requested product functions, operate and secure the service, respond to support requests, manage private-beta access, and send product updates related to that access. We do not use private workspace content to train our own public foundation model.

Third parties

Bloggent relies on service providers for application hosting, email delivery, language-model processing, and search-market data. Data is sent to those providers only as needed to run the requested function. The current vendor list is maintained in our Sub-processor List.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your private-beta signup or request deletion of personal data by contacting [email protected].

Data retention

We retain data for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and operational records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. AI Visibility Checker reports and their retained evidence expire after seven days unless deleted earlier. Other public-tool data may be retained for shorter operational, security, rate-limit, or abuse-prevention windows. Approved deletion requests are handled subject to those requirements.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email or an in-product notice. The version and effective date above will be updated when this policy changes.
