AI Content Disclosure

Last updated August 2026

v1.1Effective August 2026
Private beta policy. This AI disclosure statement describes Bloggent's current private-beta practices and may be updated before general availability.

Bloggent uses AI systems in parts of its public analysis workflows. SearchLens interprets a topic and available search evidence to recommend a content direction. NonCC uses AI within a proprietary evidence-first evaluation of differentiated contributions. AI Visibility Checker uses AI to understand a submitted page, prepare relevant prompts, and explain observed gaps. The prompts, transformations, signal definitions, scoring, thresholds, calibration, orchestration, provider routing, and evaluator logic behind these tools are confidential Bloggent intellectual property. The broader product is being designed to use AI assistance in later planning, drafting, and review stages as those capabilities are validated.

AI-assisted, not proof by itself

A fluent model output is not treated as evidence simply because it sounds confident. When SearchLens has live search evidence, the UI shows the results used in the analysis. When live evidence is unavailable, the run is labeled as analysis-only. NonCC keeps its observed ranking-page evidence and proof requirements visible. AI Visibility Checker discloses the tested prompts, available evidence, and citations, and withholds its score when evidence is insufficient. Strategic hypotheses are not presented as observed facts.

No fabricated experience or credentials

Bloggent should not be used to invent first-hand tests, interviews, professional qualifications, licenses, customer testimonials, proprietary datasets, or other evidence that the user cannot substantiate. Where such evidence would improve the content, the system should identify it as evidence to gather.

Human responsibility for publication

Users remain responsible for checking claims, rights, disclosures, and final editorial choices before publishing. Bloggent's product direction favors reviewable workflows and human approval rather than silent one-click publishing.

Disclosure obligations

Publishers should follow the AI-disclosure, advertising, professional, and platform rules that apply to their jurisdiction and publishing context. Bloggent's own product disclosures do not replace a publisher's legal or editorial responsibilities.
