By using Bloggent's public tools or invitation-only product access, you agree to these terms. Bloggent is an evolving early-stage service and product capabilities may change as they are validated and released.
Current access model
SearchLens, NonCC, and AI Visibility Checker are public tools subject to their published usage limits and abuse controls. AI Visibility Checker results are temporary snapshots, not universal or permanent rankings. Access to the broader Bloggent platform is currently invitation-only. Private-beta accounts and workspaces are intended for the invited users and organizations associated with them; you should not attempt to access another user's data or account.
Acceptable use
Use Bloggent lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass usage controls, exhaust provider quotas, extract confidential implementation details, or access data that is not yours. See our Acceptable Use Policy for additional restrictions.
AI-assisted outputs
Bloggent may use AI systems to assist with analysis, synthesis, drafting, and review. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked before they are relied on or published. Bloggent does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or other SEO outcomes.
Publishing responsibility
Users remain responsible for the claims, rights, disclosures, and final editorial choices in content they publish. Bloggent's product direction favors reviewable workflows and human approval rather than silent automatic publishing.
No warranty
The service is provided on an early-stage basis without a promise that every feature will remain available, operate without interruption, or produce a particular result.
